Job Summary

This role seeks a Non-Destructive Testing Specialist to elevate technology and drive innovation within complex development projects for FERCHAU's renowned clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve executing critical NDT inspections using various methods, including Radiographic Testing (RT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Visual Testing (VT), and Eddy Current Testing (ET), to identify material flaws and defects. You will be responsible for creating comprehensive inspection reports, ensuring documentation adheres to applicable norms and standards, and collaborating closely with production and quality assurance departments to address quality concerns. A key function is selecting and evaluating the most suitable NDT procedures based on specific testing conditions within the NDT sector. Candidates must have completed advanced training as a Master Craftsman or Technician in industry or chemistry, possess good proficiency in MS Office and SAP, and demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English. Experience in materials technology and plant engineering is highly desirable.
