Job Summary

This role involves defining, creating, and executing comprehensive test specifications for mechanical, electronic, and mechatronic products and systems within the automotive sector. Day-to-day activities include developing complex test sequences for automated systems, conducting development-accompanying tests from component validation up to full vehicle integration, and performing detailed functional, climatic, lifetime, and acoustic testing. A core responsibility is detailed failure analysis, root-cause identification, and the creation of comprehensive test reports. Candidates should possess a degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Vehicle Technology, ideally bringing experience in automotive functional and environmental testing. Knowledge of industry standards such as Automotive SPICE and ISO 26262 is highly advantageous.
