Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Management Board (Geschäftsführung) of Performa Nord, a public service provider, by focusing on strategic control and cross-departmental coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strategic control system for the entire operation, actively participating in cross-functional projects, and coordinating inter-business unit alignments. Key duties include assisting the management in strategic decision-making, drafting decision and resolution templates, and preparing for and supporting committee work. The position requires a university degree in public administration, economics, or a related field, coupled with strong analytical, conceptual, and moderation skills. Professional experience in strategy implementation and KPI controlling is highly advantageous. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Diplom-FH or Bachelor) in Public Administration, Economics, or related fields; or qualification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt); or degree in Humanities or Social Sciences with relevance to the tasks.

- Professional experience in strategy implementation (advantageous)
- Professional experience in KPI Controlling (advantageous)
- Professional experience in organizational development (advantageous)
- Ability to professionally steer complex projects/tasks/issues
- Ability to coordinate cross-departmental teams
