Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a Civil Engineer to take on the project leadership and execution of new construction, conversion, and expansion measures primarily focused on deep foundation and infrastructure projects (e.g., road construction, canal construction, hydraulic engineering, rail track construction). The role involves managing external engineering firms, overseeing projects across all service phases of the HOAI (German Fee Structure for Architects and Engineers), and ensuring strict adherence to budget, quality, and deadlines. Candidates must hold a relevant degree in Civil Engineering, ideally specializing in traffic engineering, structural engineering, water and environment, or general deep foundation. The position requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of public procurement law (VOB, VHB, RBBau), and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including users, owners, and experts, while contributing to the public sector's vital infrastructure efforts in the Bremen region.
