Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced System Engineer to manage, configure, and operate the Microsoft 365 environment, focusing heavily on collaboration services such as Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange. The successful candidate will also be responsible for comprehensive client management, including software distribution and operating system rollouts using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM/Intune). A core function involves advanced scripting using PowerShell for automation of administrative, support, and auditing processes, alongside managing user accounts, permissions, and Group Policy Objects (GPO) within Active Directory. The position requires a strong technical background, excellent analytical skills, and experience in IT Service Management (e.g., ITIL processes), offering an opportunity to work full-time in an unlimited contract within a public service organization.
