Job Summary

This role is based at the Center for Solar Energy and Hydrogen Research (ZSW) in Stuttgart, focusing on Regenerative Energy Sources and Processes, specifically supporting the development of hydrogen and e-fuel generation technologies. The successful candidate will be an engaged specialist responsible for the practical implementation and commissioning of electro-technical systems for various test stands. Key daily activities include planning and designing electrical and automation technology, generating necessary documentation such as wiring diagrams and parts lists, and actively building, wiring, and testing control cabinets. You will also be responsible for selecting, procuring, and integrating electrical operating equipment, sensors, and actuators, as well as performing essential maintenance, repairs, and electrical inspections. Required qualifications include a completed education as an Electrical Engineering Technician or Master Craftsman, proficiency in electrical design tools like EPLAN, and practical experience in control cabinet wiring, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
