Job Summary

This role involves ensuring the high quality of raw materials and finished products for a globally operating building materials industry leader. The Quality Assurance Specialist will primarily focus on controlling incoming raw materials, monitoring production processes, and deciding on the release or blocking of materials based on defined parameters. Key daily tasks include processing and examining complaints, evaluating internal quality control test results, and supporting the laboratory and production teams in optimizing formulations and processes. Candidates should have a background in construction materials testing, laboratory work, or a related skilled trade in the main construction industry (e.g., plasterer, bricklayer). The position requires interest in building products, standards, and quality assurance, alongside basic MS Office skills and a willingness to work in a regulated two-shift system (early and late shifts).
