This role involves providing high-quality 1st level IT support for a major European IT service provider serving Deutsche Bank. As a Service Desk Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for end-users, managing the distribution and return of hardware such as Windows laptops, MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads. Your daily responsibilities include technical administration of operating systems, IP telephony, and VPN configurations, while ensuring all incidents and requests are meticulously documented within the ticketing system. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support for Apple and Windows products and operating systems
  • Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management and documentation
  • Practical knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, and IP telephony systems
  • Experience in customer-facing technical consulting and product selection advice
