Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional interested in Financial Reporting and the emerging field of Sustainability Reporting (CSRD). As a Specialist Master Data & Systems, you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and advancing group-wide master data and reporting processes. Key responsibilities include actively participating in the implementation of a new SAP BCS/4HANA consolidation system and a group-wide reporting tool, managing interfaces, and coordinating testing phases. You will also analyze and evaluate process changes to ensure continuous improvement and high master data quality. A significant part of the job involves expanding the Disclosure Management system to create CSRD-taxonomy-compliant annual reports and ensuring compliance by translating complex legal requirements into structured data models. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a background in economics or IT, preferably with knowledge of SAP and IFRS.
