Job Summary

This role involves working as a Laboratory Technician within a highly modern, automated dairy facility that processes and delivers high-quality food products globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for essential quality control tasks, including performing raw milk analyses, conducting sensory evaluations of finished products, and carrying out specific tests on cleaning, disinfection, drinking, and process water solutions. A key part of the job involves the meticulous calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment, as well as participating in inter-laboratory proficiency testing (ring trials). Candidates must possess a completed qualification as a Chemical Laboratory Technician or equivalent, coupled with significant professional experience in the food industry. Crucially, readiness for 24/7 continuous shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is mandatory, alongside excellent written and spoken German skills.
