Job Summary

This Expert role is crucial for managing the planning, deployment, and operational success of the Conversational AI and Agentic AI platforms used across the high-frequency contact points of KV-Nordrhein. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and operating AI-supported interactions, primarily focused on voice and chat channels. Key duties include ensuring the quality of all dialogue flows, analyzing user interactions, creating training data, and conducting prompt engineering and fine-tuning of AI models to enhance system performance. To succeed, candidates must possess experience in developing and operating SaaS-based Conversational and Agentic AI applications, coupled with strong technical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning methods, API integration, and Cloud Services. The position demands analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to translate high service standards into technological use-cases.
