Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing the digital billing processes for the North Rhine Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians, which serves 9.5 million people. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the smooth execution of billing processes using technical tools, conducting complex data analysis (Big Data), performing database selections, and developing adaptive quality management systems. You will also be responsible for providing information to members and collaborating closely with internal departments to continuously improve the quality and performance of digital processes. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a technical field like (Business) Informatics, Engineering, or Mathematics, possesses strong analytical skills, and is proficient in database evaluations and MS Office, especially Excel.
