Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Lab Technician in Product Engineering, based in Kamen, Germany, working within the Solventum Health Care division (formerly 3M Health Care). The core responsibilities involve executing physical and analytical testing on medical device prototypes and their constituent materials within the Product Engineering laboratory. A critical aspect of the job is the meticulous, independent documentation of results adhering strictly to GMP and DIN ISO 13485 standards. The technician will also be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and improving test methods and equipment, alongside performing general laboratory duties. Ideal candidates possess a completed technical education (e.g., Chemical or Physical Lab Technician, CTA, BTA, or equivalent) and professional experience, preferably gained in an accredited or certified laboratory environment.
