This Senior Consultant role focuses on advising Lufthansa Group airline clients on the digitalization of their Operations-IT processes. The consultant acts as the crucial link between specialized business units and IT, concentrating on standard industry systems like Amadeus Altéa. Key responsibilities include analyzing and optimizing critical processes across Flight Ops, Ground Ops, and Crew Management, designing robust IT solutions, and leading complex national and international IT projects from requirements gathering through to roll-out. The position requires expertise in stakeholder management, project methodologies (agile, hybrid, classical), and ensuring high user acceptance through effective workshop facilitation and reviews.
