Job Summary
The City of Bocholt is seeking a dedicated specialist for Real Estate Information Systems and Portfolio Management, starting March 1, 2026, within the Property and Land Management department. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the city's real estate assets. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently capturing, maintaining, and analyzing asset, balance sheet, and fundamental data for municipal properties, updating records following sales, purchases, and changes, and managing structured data for land, easements, and property-related rights. The specialist will also prepare and evaluate portfolio optimization measures, manage contract drafting, coordinate internal approvals for property transactions, and oversee payment processing and geodata maintenance. Key qualifications include a completed administrative or surveying technician qualification, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and familiarity with GIS and relevant building codes (BauGB).
