This role involves shaping the digital future of leading companies by developing innovative IT strategies and managing complex transformation projects within the Technology Strategy & Transformation team. The consultant will be responsible for designing Target Operating Models and organizational structures, driving transformation delivery, and executing change management initiatives. Key activities include analyzing current processes to derive optimization measures, applying agile methodologies and project management tools, and advising clients on governance and performance control. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field, coupled with initial experience in operating model design and direct client contact. Fluency in both German and English (C1 level minimum) is a critical requirement for success in this client-facing, team-oriented, and agile environment.
