Job Summary

This is a key role for an engaged System Test Engineer focusing on Mechatronics and Electrical Engineering, specifically within cross-functional development and E-Mobility projects. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading and coordinating component and overall system testing to ensure product quality and performance. The engineer will organize and monitor test objectives, develop innovative testing methods, optimize test plans using Lean Validation principles, and conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting. A successful candidate will possess a degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field, strong analytical skills, and experience applying customer and ISO standards within E-Mobility. The role requires excellent communication, assertiveness, and fluency in both German and English to collaborate effectively with functional development, simulation, and construction teams on new and continued developments of E-components and systems.
