As a Senior Scientist at Brunel, you will play a pivotal role in advancing oncology development programs through the creation and refinement of mechanistic Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) models. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve building reusable platform models for immuno-oncology therapies, designing virtual patient populations to reflect clinical heterogeneity, and simulating clinical scenarios to optimize dosing strategies and study designs. You will act as a scientific bridge between pharmacometrics, clinical development, and translational research, providing data-driven decision support for ongoing programs. Required Skills

Education

PhD or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Systems Biology, Pharmacometrics, or related)

Experience

  • Extensive professional experience in QSP, systems biology, or pharmacometrics
  • Proven practical experience in mechanistic modeling
  • Demonstrated proficiency in statistical modeling and scientific programming
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical drug development environment is preferred
  • Experience in oncology or immuno-oncology research settings
