Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Test Automation Engineer to drive the digital transformation within one of Europe's largest bank IT service providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for consulting and enabling internal project teams in implementing and optimizing test automation solutions. Key daily activities include developing and establishing best practices, standards, and frameworks for test automation, providing technical consultation on tool selection, and actively shaping the company-wide test automation strategy. You will also conduct training and workshops to impart test automation expertise and coordinate external service providers. This position requires a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, at least six years of relevant professional experience, and strong programming skills in at least one language, coupled with expertise in Test Management and CI/CD/DevOps practices.
