As the Head of ReleasePlus, you will lead a critical department within one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, focusing on streamlining release processes for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. Your daily responsibilities include the disciplinary and functional leadership of the team, managing external service partners, and overseeing the delivery of standardized release information. You will be responsible for budget planning, resource management, and ensuring high-quality results are delivered on schedule. Beyond operational management, you will play a strategic role in developing future growth areas for operational support services and evolving the communication strategy for releases. This position is ideal for a leader who excels in stakeholder management, as you will represent the department to customers and top management.
