Job Summary

This role involves independently managing and implementing complex project management tasks focused on Electrical Energy Systems (EEA) and Overhead Line Systems (OLA) for DB InfraGO AG, Germany's largest infrastructure company. The Project Engineer will be responsible for monitoring contractual performance regarding costs, deadlines, and quality across all service phases, coordinating internal and external project stakeholders, and liaising with regulatory and railway supervisory authorities. Key responsibilities also include developing procurement strategies, technically reviewing tender documents, and ensuring proactive risk management and continuous cost/schedule plausibility. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or Civil Engineering, combined with several years of relevant project management experience, ideally within infrastructure or railway projects, and strong knowledge of relevant German railway regulations (DB, EBA).
