Job Summary

This role involves working as an IT Professional focused on ensuring the availability and punctuality of rail operations by automating and digitizing maintenance processes using service notebooks and specialized software. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating technical concepts, documenting solutions in Confluence, and automating maintenance tasks for rail vehicles using tools like .NET and PowerShell scripts. A core function is the continuous development, maintenance, and reliable operation of IT solutions, including managing release and lifecycle processes. You will also provide third-level support, analyzing and resolving disturbances directly with users in maintenance facilities. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Natural Sciences, possesses strong knowledge of Windows system administration and virtualization (e.g., VMWare Workstation), and has practical experience in the conception, development, and operation of IT solutions. Strong communication skills and a structured, results-oriented approach are essential for success in this impactful position.
