Job Summary

This full-time role in Salzgitter is a direct placement opportunity for a Release Manager within Quality Control in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the GMP-compliant release or rejection of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products, ensuring consistent quality of all goods. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating analyses of materials according to pharmacopoeias, reviewing and approving complete batch manufacturing and testing records, and actively participating in Deviation, OOS (Out-of-Specification), Change Control, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) management. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in Food Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry, and possesses professional experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical production environment, coupled with knowledge of current GMP regulations. Strong decision-making skills, resilience, and excellent teamwork abilities are essential for success in this critical quality assurance role.
