Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive technical support for a regional public administration organization in the Peine area. As an IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of support requests received via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your daily tasks include the setup, configuration, and commissioning of various end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, with a specific focus on Apple hardware. You will also perform quality and functional testing for new hardware and software deployments to ensure seamless IT operations. Required Skills

Education
