The successful candidate will be responsible for translating DIN and VDE regulations and 'lessons learned' into 50Hertz internal standards, and for designing and conducting essential training for qualified electrical workers and plant managers. Key responsibilities also include leading the further development of the Grid Control and Grid Operation Guideline (NNÜ), representing the company in standardization bodies (like DKE), and contributing to medium-term outage planning. This position requires a strong background in electrical or energy engineering, extensive professional experience in grid operations, and expert knowledge of DIN/VDE standards and operational safety, making it a strategic and technically demanding role in a leading energy transmission company.
