Job Summary

This role is designed for an ambitious Electrical or Energy Systems Engineer to join the Asset Management team at MITNETZ STROM, a leading regional distribution network operator. The core responsibility involves defining and maintaining technical standards, materials, and technologies for the distribution network, focusing heavily on medium and low voltage switchgear and local network substations. Day-to-day tasks include technical fundamental work, developing and updating standards for operational equipment, managing technical regulations within the company and the E.ON Group, and performing rigorous quality management and assurance. The specialist will conduct quality controls, analyze defects, derive corrective measures, and act as a technical expert, providing essential support and consultation to departments like Operations and Project Management regarding technical changes and expansions. This position requires deep expertise in energy technology, relevant norms, and the ability to assess complex technical issues reliably.
