Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Network Planning Engineer to manage the development and fundamental planning of utility networks and technical infrastructure, ensuring they meet future demands. Key responsibilities include conducting comprehensive network analyses and calculations to maintain an efficient and secure supply structure, managing network connection requests, and participating in cross-sector budget planning for investment and maintenance. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Electrical or Supply Engineering and possess several years of professional experience (minimum 3 years) in the planning, construction, and operation of public utility networks (electricity, gas, water). Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g., DIN, technical codes) is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a results-oriented approach. This position offers the opportunity to optimize operational processes and contribute to critical infrastructure projects, including implementing control and protection concepts like Redispatch 2.0.
