Job Summary

This role is ideal for a professional passionate about Pharma and Life Science seeking a part-time position focused on regulatory compliance within complex development projects. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and coordinating deviations, OOX (Out-of-Expectation), and CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) related to purification and formulation processes. Key responsibilities include participating in cross-departmental compliance projects, acting as the primary contact for GMP, Bioburden, and monitoring topics, and assisting in creating risk assessments. A crucial part of the job involves supporting the department during audits, inspections, and customer meetings by independently preparing responses to deviations and compliance inquiries in both German and English. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Microbiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy) or equivalent professional experience in a GMP environment, coupled with strong organizational skills and good written and spoken English proficiency.
