Job Summary
This role involves taking charge of the day-to-day accounting operations for a client of FERCHAU, focusing on both domestic and international subsidiaries. The successful candidate will independently manage ongoing bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliation. A key responsibility is the development and expansion of the Treasury function, encompassing liquidity planning, contract management (credit/leasing), and bank coordination. The position requires active participation in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with UGB (Austrian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), and compiling financial data for management reporting. Candidates must possess a completed commercial education, professional experience, strong MS Office skills (especially Excel), and good proficiency in English, demonstrating a structured and independent work ethic.
Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial education (e.g., HAK equivalent) or comparable qualification. Additional qualification as a certified Accountant or Financial Accountant is beneficial.
