Job Summary

This role involves driving the next level of technological solutions by focusing on model-driven requirements engineering for engine electronics variants (RRPS). The Software Requirements Engineer will be responsible for documenting requirements using SYSML and MBSE methods, specifically leveraging Vector PREEvision. Key daily tasks include analyzing and defining the E/E system context and boundaries, conducting stakeholder interviews to gather requirements, and documenting them in a model-driven approach. You will also be crucial in deriving system architectures, moderating the creation of software architectures, and ensuring requirement quality, completeness, and traceability. The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering) and is proficient in Model-Driven Requirements Engineering methods (SYSML, UML). Experience with PREEvision and knowledge of industry-standard requirement norms (like IREB) are highly valued. This position requires abstract thinking, openness to new methods, and strong communication skills in both German and English to collaborate effectively across testing, validation, and architecture teams.
