This role is an exciting entry point into IT support, positioning the professional as the primary contact for all IT-related inquiries within an innovative digital solutions company based in Frankfurt am Main. The First Level IT Supporter is responsible for providing rapid, solution-oriented assistance for both software and hardware issues, ensuring high operational efficiency for customers and internal teams. Key responsibilities include handling incoming support calls, documenting all interactions via support tickets, and escalating complex issues to the 2nd Level Support team. The ideal candidate possesses an IT-related qualification, initial experience in IT support or customer service, good knowledge of Windows systems and basic networking, and strong communication skills paired with a helpful, team-oriented attitude.
