As an Onsite IT Support Technician at NConsult GmbH, you will serve as the primary point of contact for local users facing hardware and software challenges. Your daily responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, alongside performing rapid error analysis and troubleshooting directly at the workstation. You will act as a bridge between end-users and 2nd level support teams to ensure seamless business operations. Beyond reactive support, you will contribute to documentation, create user guides, and assist in technical rollouts and broader IT projects. Required Skills
