Job Summary

This is a critical, full-time, permanent position as an Information Security Officer (ISO) for the Ebersberg District Administration, located east of Munich. The primary focus is establishing, operating, and continuously developing the organization's information security structure in strict alignment with BSI IT-Grundschutz standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the BSI IT-Grundschutz implementation project, conducting thorough risk assessments across internal processes, infrastructure, hardware, and software, and maintaining the central Information Security Concept and associated guidelines. The ISO is also responsible for IT emergency management, analyzing security incidents, and organizing and delivering essential security training for all employees. Required Skills

Education

Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), Civil Servant (3rd Qualification Level, non-technical administration focus), University/Applied Sciences Degree in (Business) Informatics, or Certified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker). Certification as an Information Security Officer (ISB) is desirable.
