Job Summary

This role is for a creative Automation Software Developer to join a high-tech company specializing in device manufacturing, microsystems, and microfluidics, serving an international customer base, often focused on medical technology solutions. The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of PLC software, including new development, continuous improvement, maintenance, and comprehensive documentation for specialized devices. You will be responsible for adapting PLC systems to meet specific research applications and maintaining meticulous project records. Key qualifications include a degree in a STEM field or comparable training, coupled with excellent expertise in PLC programming using either TwinCAT3.1 or CODESYS environments, specifically utilizing Structured Text. While not mandatory, knowledge of C#, C++, and CANopen fieldbus systems is highly beneficial.
