Job Summary

This role is with one of Europe's largest banking IT service providers, driving digitalization within the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe. The Release Manager, focusing on Patch Management, will be responsible for coordinating the advancement of written organizational standards for patches and acting as a key interface contact. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing reporting for patch management, developing process-specific tools, and creating management information for various committees. The successful candidate will conceptualize, plan, and process release and patch management activities, often within preliminary studies and projects. This position requires a degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, coupled with 2-3 years of professional experience in software development or IT processes, and strong organizational and coordination skills, offering excellent career prospects and personal development within a major IT player.
