Job Summary

This role involves providing essential On-Site Service and support for modern digital workplaces (Workplace-as-a-Service) within a global pharmaceutical and technology client environment in Biberach an der Riß. The IT Service Engineer will handle Order and Incident Management, providing support at the IT Service Point, and managing Meeting Room technology, including troubleshooting and device support. Key day-to-day tasks include the delivery, installation, repair, and configuration of PC systems, utilizing a ticketing system to process fault reports, and setting up systems with customer-specific images. The ideal candidate should have a background as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office, and familiarity with standard PC/Notebook hardware (HP/Lenovo).
