As an IT Service Engineer, you will join the 'Workplace Support' team to provide comprehensive on-site technical assistance for a global pharmaceutical client. Your daily responsibilities include managing orders and incidents within a Workplace-as-a-Service framework, supporting IT service points, and maintaining conference room technology. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of PC systems—from imaging and installation to repair and upgrades—as well as managing specialized hardware like barcode scanners and label printers. The role also involves network infrastructure support, including patching telecommunications lines and installing access points.
