Job Summary

The core responsibilities involve supporting and advancing customer environments, focusing heavily on Microsoft-based Cloud infrastructures, including conception, administration, and technical development. Daily tasks include resolving 2nd and 3rd-level incidents, managing customer inquiries, implementing changes, and assisting with onboarding projects. The role also requires providing technological consulting to customers regarding Microsoft Cloud Infrastructures and Cloud Applications. Candidates must possess strong knowledge in administering and migrating Microsoft solutions, particularly Microsoft 365/Azure products, coupled with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset to thrive in this motivated and growing team.
