Job Summary
This role involves independent planning and project management for Technical Building Services (MEP/TGA) across new construction, renovation, and energy modernization projects. The specialist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of planning, including developing detailed concepts, performing calculations and dimensioning of complex HVAC and cooling systems, and creating comprehensive tender documents according to HOAI phases 1–8. A critical aspect of the job is the integration of sustainable and energy-efficient technologies, such as heat pumps, PV systems, and heat recovery solutions, alongside conducting economic efficiency and lifecycle analyses. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Supply Engineering, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, possesses profound knowledge of HVAC system design, and is proficient in CAD/BIM processes using industry-standard software. Success requires experience in coordinating complex TGA projects, ensuring quality assurance during construction supervision, and maintaining knowledge of relevant German standards and funding programs.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or comparable qualification in Supply Engineering, Building Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
Experience
- Experience in HOAI planning processes
- Experience in coordinating complex technical building services (TGA) projects
- Professional experience in calculating and dimensioning HVAC and cooling systems
