Job Summary

This role seeks a skilled (Senior) Developer to build and operate the foundational infrastructure for SAP's Business AI, focusing on empowering developers to embed generative AI into enterprise applications. Key responsibilities include designing, building, and operating highly available cloud services, taking end-to-end ownership of deliverables, and mentoring junior engineers. The developer will focus on creating scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure for AI workloads, developing robust automation and monitoring for continuous delivery across multiple cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), and evaluating new technologies through proof-of-concepts. The ideal candidate brings strong programming skills (Go, Python preferred), expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native principles, and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration like Kubernetes and Docker.
