This role is for an ambitious Junior SAP Business Consultant ready to drive digital transformation for clients across various industries in Germany. You will join a multicultural team, participating in workshops, managing sub-tasks independently, and contributing innovative ideas to IT projects right after completing a comprehensive onboarding via the SAP Academy for Services and Consulting. This position is ideal for recent graduates with a background in Business Administration (with an IT focus) or Engineering, who are passionate about linking business strategy with SAP solutions and innovative technologies. You will gain exposure to different consulting roles, continuously developing your skills in areas like Enterprise Architecture, agile methodologies, and specific SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA Cloud). This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to shape the future of global commerce at one of the world's leading software companies.
Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed university degree, ideally at Master's level, in Business Administration (with a focus on Informatics) or (Industrial) Engineering.
Experience
- Practical experience through apprenticeships, internships, or working student activities
- Initial professional experience in consulting or SAP support roles
- Experience in transformation or implementation projects
- Practical experience with the implementation and operation of SAP applications across the entire lifecycle

- Must specify two preferred areas of focus from the listed Business Transformation Services Teams in the application (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Public & Energy). Start dates are May 1st or October 1st.
