Job Summary

This role is for a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on sample collection, goods inwards inspection, and packaging material testing within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Halle/Westfalen. The specialist will be responsible for executing sample draws according to specifications, including raw materials and stability samples, and preparing and documenting sampling equipment. Key daily tasks involve performing material inspections of primary and secondary packaging materials, conducting final control checks, and reviewing and approving packaging protocols (Batch Record Review) to ensure strict adherence to GMP guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess a background as a Pharmaceutical or Chemical Technician, coupled with initial professional experience and familiarity with GMP standards. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office and specialized systems like LIMS and Simtra, along with good proficiency in both German and English, are essential for success in this detail-oriented, structured, and team-focused position.
