Job Summary

This critical role seeks a Principal to lead and strategically develop the Federal Segment (Bund) business unit, positioning the company as a reliable partner for digital sovereignty and open administrative IT in Germany. The Segment Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the segment strategy, building crucial relationships within the federal environment (including BMI, ITZBund, and FITKO), and ensuring a strong market presence. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing political and legislative developments, managing the sales pipeline and forecast, and functionally steering account and bidding processes. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience working with German federal ministries and agencies, a deep understanding of complex public sector structures, and a senior, entrepreneurial approach to strategic relationship building.
