Job Summary
This full-time, permanent position at the Weilheim-Schongau District Office involves managing technical building operations, maintenance, and construction projects for county properties. The successful candidate will oversee construction maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment measures across structural engineering, technical building equipment (TGA), and outdoor facilities. Key responsibilities include planning, cost estimation, tendering, representing the client (Bauherr), managing billing, and ensuring cost, schedule, and quality control. Furthermore, the role involves initiating legally required recurring maintenance and inspections for TGA and operational equipment, including defect rectification. Applicants should hold a qualification as a certified technician or master craftsman, preferably in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, or Refrigeration, and possess practical professional experience in these fields, along with knowledge of public contract law (VOB, VOL/UVgO) and building automation systems (MSR/GLT). Required Skills
Education
State-certified Technician or Master Craftsman qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration Technology, Heating/Sanitary, Ventilation, or Structural Engineering, or comparable qualification.
Experience
- Practical professional experience, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Refrigeration, Heating/Sanitary, Ventilation, or Structural Engineering
- Experience as a client representative, working for an executing company, planning office, FM service provider, or public sector (Desirable)
- Basic knowledge in planning, tendering, and monitoring services in TGA, ELT, HLS, or structural engineering (Desirable)
