IT Infrastructure Technician (Field Service) - Eastern Germany | Techniker im Raum Ostdeutschland (m/w/d) für IT-Infrastruktur

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential technical field support for IT infrastructure across various shop locations in Eastern Germany for a leading sports betting technology provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all technical queries and issues, both remotely via phone and on-site. Key day-to-day activities include maintaining and configuring betting terminals and IT infrastructure, managing the technical ticketing system, and executing technical updates. You will also independently plan weekly tours, manage hardware inventory, and handle IT warehouse operations and ordering. Qualifications require a background as an Industrial Electrician or equivalent technical field support experience, strong IT/EDP and networking knowledge (Switches, Routers, LAN, WLAN, CCTV, IP/SAT-TV), and a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel. This is a secure, full-time, permanent position offering structured working hours and potential for direct takeover by the client.
