Job Summary
The City of Bad Laasphe is seeking a dedicated Specialist in Organization and Process Management to drive efficiency and modernization within its municipal administration. This pivotal role involves conducting organizational and staffing needs analyses, performing job evaluations, and drafting official instructions and agreements. A core focus will be the analysis, design, and optimization of administrative processes, emphasizing economic efficiency, quality assurance, and digitalization. Day-to-day tasks include supporting leadership through change management initiatives, implementing and evolving a process management system via a dedicated platform, and developing KPI-based reporting. The ideal candidate holds a qualification in Public Administration, Law, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology, and brings valuable experience in consulting, moderation, and negotiation. Required Skills
Education
Eligibility for the first entry level of Career Group 2, General Services (formerly higher general administrative service) OR successful completion of Administrative Course II. Comparable qualifications include a degree in Administrative Sciences, Law, Business Administration, or (Economic) Psychology (focusing on Work/Organizational Psychology) or Communication Sciences.
