Job Summary

This critical role seeks an experienced Energy Technology Engineer to act as a Project Manager within a 22-person team, focusing on the development and realization of grid-related service products. Day-to-day tasks involve supporting and independently managing the acquisition of new service projects, conducting thorough customer needs analysis, and contributing to new service product development. The candidate will oversee the full project lifecycle, including adherence to HOAI performance phases, product and project controlling, calculation, quotation preparation, and participation in tender procedures. The ideal candidate holds a Master's or Diploma in Electrical/Energy Technology, brings initial professional and sales experience, and is familiar with the project planning and setup of transformer stations. Success in this position requires a high degree of customer orientation, strong negotiation skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
