The ServiceNow Platform Architect is responsible for the comprehensive technical design and strategic planning of the ServiceNow Now-Platform at enercity. This critical role involves translating complex business needs into concrete technical architecture, assessing solution scenarios for optimal integration within the existing IT ecosystem, and guaranteeing the platform's security, scalability, and consistency. The architect defines platform standards, best practices for configuration, integration, data, and user experience, collaborating closely with the Managed Service Provider (MSP) to manage continuous operations, deployments, and upgrade cycles.
