Job Summary

This role involves taking complex responsibility for the scheduled, condition-based, and legally mandated maintenance of electrical power systems for DB Energie GmbH in Weimar/Erfurt. The Master Electrician will be responsible for commissioning the repair of electrical energy systems, controlling and assessing the condition of existing systems, and deriving necessary measures from complex measurements. Key responsibilities also include managing facility responsibility according to DIN VDE 0105-100 during system replacements, assisting with timely commissioning of internal and external contractors, and developing solutions for extensive faults. The ideal candidate holds a Master Craftsman or Technician qualification in Electrical Engineering, preferably with professional experience in the maintenance of electrical power systems. The position requires independent, organized, and responsible work, resilience under stress, and participation in an on-call rotation after initial training.
