Job Summary

This role is for a (Junior) Project Engineer or Electrical Engineer specializing in Signaling and Control Systems (LST/SCS) for the DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt am Main. The professional will be responsible for managing complex rail infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on the planning and realization of SCS measures within major expansion projects, such as four-track railway expansions. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing projects from preliminary planning through to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budget control, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with planners, construction companies, and supervisors, preparing tender and award documentation, calculating project costs, and managing necessary approvals and acceptances. This position requires a background in electrical or civil engineering and strong organizational skills to manage risks and coordinate various technical disciplines within tight operational constraints (track closures).

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree (Master/Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Power Systems, Transport Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
